According to the reports, the noted personality died at a private hospital in Bengaluru on Monday, he was 90 years old at the time of his demise. Although, there is no doubt that the man gained immense popularity after pairing with Dorai Raj, and the duo used to be called as Dorai-Bhagavan. Undoubtedly, this duo dropped Kannada cinema a series of blockbusters from the late 1960s to the early 1990s.

Well, no doubt that his death has come up as an end of an era because the man brought a number of blockbuster movies to the Kannada region and today when the noted personality or better say star maker has closed his eyes forever, people’s eyes are filled with tears. People are now getting keen to know more about him. Well, if we talk about his death reason or what happened to him? So, according to the reports, he was suffering from a prolonged age-related illness. For his illness, he was even going under medical treatment but unfortunately, he left the world for heaven.

As it is known that he was paired with his friend B Dorai Raj, and the pair together directed over 55 movies and the list includes ‘Giri Kanye’, ‘Kasthuri Niwas’, ‘Eradu Soyam’, ‘Bayalu Dari’, ‘Hosa Lekuk’, starring Rajkumar, and some other big projects that got hit and that too in that era. The Chief Minister of Karnataka, Basavaraj Bommai took his Twitter where he expressed his grief on Bhagavan’s demise. However, the tweet is in Kannada language but translated it into English it reads “I am very saddened to hear the news of the renowned director of the Kannada film industry SK Bhagavan’s death. I pray for his soul. I pray that God gives strength to his family to bear this pain. Om Shantih.”

Some other big names in the industry also took their Twitter account to express their grief on the saddest news of the day. Also, the playback singer-music producer Aniruddha Sastry tweeted, “The legend lives on!” Well, saying this won’t be bad that he will remain alive always in his audience’s hearts.
