PM Narendra Modi to Inaugurate First Phase Of Mahakal Lok’ Corridor Project In Ujjain Today
Ujjain is always a center of attraction for the Mahakal Temple and recently it started being in the headlines after the Prime Minister of India stated that he will launch a Mahakal Lok Corridor sooner. Well, the time is up because today is the special day whose everyone was waiting keenly when PM Modi will inaugurate the 900-meter-long corridor that cost 856 crores to be made. However, there is no doubt that devotees come for a glimpse of Mahakal every year, and that too in massive quantity keeping everything in mind PM Modi is introducing the Lok corridor that will not only grace the view but will also boost tourism in the city as well.
Ujjain is now all set to welcome happiness in the city, PM of India will inaugurate the first phase of the Mahakal Lok Corridor which is one of the most awaited projects in Ujjain. Since the news broke it created a buzz in the hearts of all devotees as everyone is now getting keen to see the corridor and how it has been made and how it will look. Well, as per the sources A huge ‘shiva linga’ covered in strands of ‘moli’ (sacred) threads has been placed below the grand gateway that is called Nandi Dwar of the ‘Mahakal Lok’, the prime minister will officially lift the veil from the ‘shivaling’ to symbolically mark the opening of the mega corridor.
It has been said that the Mahakal Lok Corridor is the longest corridor which is around 900 meters and it is spread around the old Rudra Sagar Lake. If you are one of the shiv devotees then you must be in the swim that one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of the nation is established in Mahakaleshwar Temple and people across the globe come here to see a glimpse of lord Shiva. Well, this is the first phase of the Mahakaleshwar Temple Corridor Development Project. Minister of Parliamentary Affairs of India Prahlad Joshi shared a clip on his official Twitter account where he adored the temple and corridor and his words saying what he is feeling at the time of sharing the clip. Well, undoubtedly the Mahakal Lok Corridor project is a development plan for the proliferation, beautification, and decongestion of the temple premises. According to the sources PM Modi is expected to land in Indore after 5 PM and thereafter he will reach Ujjain to participate in the Sandhya Aarti. The entire program will be delivered to people’s screens and that too live as big screens along with drones have been installed in the temple and in the surrounding, every little moment will be shown on television screens through news channels.
