Heading towards the end of the year the middle class got a minor shock and it is because of the hike of Rs 2 in Mother Dairy milk. According to the reports, the company hiked the price of milk by Rs 2 per liter in National Capital Region. Now, the hiked price of the milk will be effective from the 27th of December 2022. The new price is applicable to mother dairy’s several milk varieties such as full-cream, toned, double-toned, etc. However, the brand is yet to announce any hike in its Cow Milk and token milk as well (sold at the milk center).
Mother Dairy Hikes The Price Of Milk in NCR
Mother Dairy has increased the prices of full-cream milk by ₹ 2 to ₹ 66 per liter, toned milk price has been hiked to ₹ 53 per liter from ₹ 51 per liter. Double-toned milk rate has been increased to ₹ 47 per liter from ₹ 45 per liter. In a statement, the spokesperson for the brand said “It is a remarkable year for the dairy business. We have been seeing a critical expansion popular of endlessly milk items from the two shoppers and establishments, even after celebrations. Then again, the acquirement of crude milk has additionally not gotten after Diwali as was expected”.
They also said that the company is currently struggling with its production. In another statement, they stated “It is an exceptional year for the dairy business.
