But from now, the Indian railways have taken a very amazing initiative where if a train is delayed more than 3 hours, commuters can cancel their ticket and they will get a full refund of their ticket.
Well, there is nothing to be worried about, because if someone takes the ticket from the counter and made a cash payment then you will get the complete refund immediately, while if the same thing happened at the counter but the payment is made online then individual will get a refund in some hours on the same day, reportedly. However, if you booked the seat online and later cancel the same way, then the deposit receipt form will have to be filled out online, after which you will get the refund.
8 Railway Routes Have Been Changed
As the corporation has been making changes in the technical terms to make the journey more convenient, the railways and In accordance to update the signaling procedure, non-interlocking work is also going on on several routes of Indian Railways. According to the latest reports by the department, non-interlocking work is being accomplished at Pipraigaon, Guneru Bamori, and Mungaoli stations of the Bina-Guna railway section of the West Central Railway, and therefore, a total of 8 trains have been changed. According to the reports, Train number 19165 Ahmedabad-Darbhanga Sabarmati Express leaving Ahmedabad on January 06, 08, 11, 13, 15, 18, and 20 will from now run through the diverted route at Maxi-Sant Hirdaram Nagar-Nishatpura-Bina. On the other side, Train number 19166 Darbhanga-Ahmedabad Sabarmati Express departing Darbhanga on January 07, 09, 11, 14, 16, and 18 will run via the pivoted route Bina-Nishatpura-Sant Hirdaram Nagar-Maxi.
