Nightlife is always risky and with this word we mean to talk about Delhi NCR, where clubbing goes always in full swing. Daily we read so much news about fights in clubs, firing out of clubs and so many things. Recently, news started to trend on the local social media pages where Gurugram’s MG Road came up in the headlines. Actually, a normal incident occurred in Gurugram’s club where some bouncers came and thrashed a forest department official and his friends who visits a nightclub on MG Road. According to the reports, a group of friends visited a club located in Gurugram’s MG road’s Sahara Mall for a party. After enjoying they were leaving the club when Dev Kumar forgot his mobile inside the club. He told his friends to wait outside as he is going to get his phone. But when he stepped inside the club, one of the staff members stopped him and they got into a verbal spat. Meanwhile, a group of bouncers came there and got into a physical fight and later shoved Dev Kumar and his friends out of the club. Dev and his friends suffered injuries and they are now admitted to the civil hospital.

It is not a new thing when a mishap occurred but it keeps happening at night nightclubs this is not a new thing but they should be aware of one thing they all are from the hospitality industry and they should take care of their guests. But due to their own bouncers, these kinds of incidents always happen that defame and affect their reputation in the market. If we look back at the cases so Delhi NCR has a high rate of altercation and that too especially in clubs.

According to the reports, a Range Officer from the Nuh Forest Department named Dev Kumar went to a party with his four friends on Monday night. While leaving the club one of them forgot his mobile inside the club, while others were waiting outside of the place, Dev went back where he met with a man and the scene began. Dev in his statement said “It was when a man named Manjeet, claiming himself to be one of the staffers came and started arguing with them. Meanwhile, some bouncers from another club came and thrashed us. The bouncers even threatened to kill us”.

Later, when they all suffered injuries and were rushed to the nearest hospital they filed a case against bouncers. An FIR has been at Sector 29 police station under sections 323 (punishment for voluntarily causing hurt), 34 (common intention), and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code. The local police stated that they got a call about a fight in the club. However, they did not file the FIR immediately and chose to check the CCTV footage over taking action.
