World Mental Health Day: Every day is a new day and since new things have been explored by different organizations, we the people of earth are celebrating days from friends’ day to green day, so many days have been explored by big names or better say organizations. The same thing is happening on the 10th of October when we celebrate the date as “World Mental Health Day”. However, people have been surviving with mental illness that is mostly said to be depression, anxiety, overthinking, and so on. World Mental Health Day is an international day for global mental health education, awareness, and advocacy against social stigma. The day was very first celebrated in 1992 at the initiative of the World Federation for Mental Health, a global mental health organization with members and contacts in more than 150 countries and now it has become the international day to be celebrated that is being celebrated globally. The day is celebrated to raise awareness about mental health, its significance, and its importance. Although, there is no doubt that almost every second person is going through medical pressure no matter what their age is, the situation of one’s brain gets worse with every passing day as it heads ahead.
A student thinks of his or her study, while an adult thinks of his or her career and money, if we talk about the ratio so saying this won’t be bad that out of 100 you will find 96 people who are dealing with it, however, they do not talk about it openly and here how it turns out to be a devil, and the day is being celebrated just to spread awareness about it so that people won’t go in the dark thinking of what they are keeping in their mind.
Now, if we talk about how the day got the limelight that it started being celebrated globally, before the pandemic everyone used to be busy that they do not have much time to splurge thinking alone of something that perhaps does not even exist but since people of this planet met the pandemic they became introvert because they had no one to talk with because everyone was locked in the house, and here it became the controversial deal because numbers of deaths were recorded in the time.
