The confirmed coronavirus cases in India have hit 11933 cases. The global tally of the infection has crossed the 2 million mark.
India has reported 11933 cases of Coronavirus and also 392 deaths till Wednesday evening. The government has allowed the opening of certain industries in the rural areas after April 20. This measure has been taken to reduce the distress caused to millions of people because of the lockdown.
The government has decided to allow farm activities, construction of roads and buildings in the hinterland. It has been far less affected by the Coronavirus.
In the last 24 hours, 1076 cases had been reported. However, there is no community outbreak of the disease. This has been said by Lav Agarwal, the Joint Secretary in the Health Ministry in New Delhi.
According to global tolls, 128056 people have died from COVID-19 and there have been 2017939 confirmed cases of the infection.
