The teaser for the yet to be released film ‘Yaaram’ is all things young, fresh and beautiful. The teaser starts with a nice peppy number of the title track ‘Yaaram’, which is sure to be a huge hit with the young crowd. The visuals are appealing and quite refreshing to look at.

The exotic location of Mauritius makes for the perfect destination for a nice and breezy story to take-off.

Yaaram Cast

The cast comprises of the very talented Prateek Babbar, Siddhant Kapoor and Anita Raj. The poster of the film is quite attractive with a youthful appeal. You can see three friends chilling back and enjoying each others company. The first look is promising and the story has enough potential to draw the audience to the movie houses.

Yaaram First Look

As the teaser starts, you are treated to three adult friends who are having a good time with each other. The film is about two boys and one girl who share a very strong sense of comfort through friendship. The cruise scenes and the ever so lovely streets of Mauritius are breath-taking as the trio go about their lives. The poster shows the trio with their backs towards the audience with the ‘hashtag’ sign through their fingers.

Yaaram Story

The story is about inter-religious marriage, but with a twist. Here in Yaaram, the character of Pratiek Babbar converts into a Muslim to be able to marry the character of Zoya. Also, worth mentioning is Siddhant Kapoor in an essential role as the other third friend. Playing the parents are Subha Rajput and Dalip Tahil. As the caption of the film reads ‘Fall apart to fall back together’, the story suggests the ever-changing chemistry of friendship and what exactly are the dynamics of a man-woman friendship. ‘Is friendship love? Or is Love friendship? ‘ well, you will have to wait till 18th October to find out.

DIRECTION

Made under the Yashvi films, Yaraam is the launchpad for debutant director Ovais Khan. The direction seems to be chic and sleek with the right amount of freshness expected out of a new director. However, how far will Khan be able to take his story though his direction is yet to be seen.

MUSIC

The music is young and fresh as expected out of a Rom-Com with the peppy number of the title track already making the right waves. Composed by Sohail Sen, Jeet Gannguli, Rochak Kohli and Nayeem -Shabir. The lyrics are simple yet soulful and nave been composed by Kumaar.
