Ram Setu (BOC) Box Office Collection & Review: Is Story Based On Real Life?

Akshay Kumar’s Ram Setu is performing well at the box office. However, the earnings are not as per the expectations but still, the figures are pleasing. Well, if you are one of Akshay Kumar’s fans then you must have watched this one for sure. However, the movie is completed under 150 Crores budget and so far earned only 35 crores estimated, as per the official Wikipedia of the movie’s page. The name is an adaption of Lord Rama’s created bridge back at the time of Ramayan, and it is an Indian Hindi-language action-adventure film that is directed by Abhishek Sharma. 

The film itself includes the prominent faces of the entertainment industry such as Akshay Kumar, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nushrratt Bharucha, and Satya Dev, and the story revolves around an archeologist who is investigating the nature of Ram Setu. Another thing that has attracted the audience is its visuals and a bit of a touch of action and adventure. As you all know that Akshay Kumar has been working on some of the most amazing stories therefore, there is another reason to love him that he usually brings a new story as compared to the other Bollywood stars who are working on adaptations (movies that are the remake of the real one).

The makers of the movie have promised that after the theatrical release the show is all set to premier on Amazon’s OTT platform. Another interesting thing that perhaps not everyone is swimming about is, the director of Ram Setu was working on the script since 2007 when the Ram Setu case was in court. In a press conference, he told the media that he wanted to bring something like this since 2007 as the concept hit his brain when the case was in court.
