According to the reports, one of the bold actresses and aging beauty Ameesha Patel is currently facing many troubles after her name was found in a Rs 2 Crores fraud. Actually, the Ranchi civil court issued a warrant against her and her business partner Krunal in a fraud case. In the current time period almost every 3rd Bollywood personality is in news for something bad reason and amid all this Ameesha’s name is also creating buzz and has become a reason for news sites to write about her. However, it is not the first time when the actress’s name is in the news for some unnecessary thing, but before this, she has been through headlines back in 2006.

So, according to the reports, Ajay Kumar Singh a film producer recently registered a case of fraud, fraud, intimidation, and cheque bounce against Ameesha and her business partner Krunal. After the warrant was issued against the actress and her team, Amisha has been booked under sections 420 and 120 of the CrPC after she did not appear before the court despite multiple summonses.

Now, when the complaint has been filed against the actress and her team, it has become a hot potato as everyone is talking about her. Talking about the case in accordance with the reports, in the complaint, it is written that the Gadar actress and Krunal took 2.5 crores from the producer for making and promoting of a film titled “Desi Magic”. Ajay Kumar also stated that Amisha and her friend Krunal would have returned the entire money along with the interest after the completion of the film, but they never initiate anything for the project and even the film was never released.

According to the reports, it is also mentioned in the complaint that when Ajay insisted on her returning the money she used to avoid him but at last, she gave him 2 cheques where one for 2 crores and another was of Rs. 50 Lakh. She gave the cheques back in 2018 but all those got bounced, after which she never gave him the cheques again. But the thing is, the actress does not seem to get affected by anything and instead of sorting this out, she is regularly posting her bold bikini images and promoting her forthcoming film Gadar 2.
